Dreams:What They Are and What Dreams Mean.In Indian astrology, there is a science of dreams which is called Swapna Shastra. Swapna Shastra deals with events seen in dreams. We all see dreams. Everyone is curious about what we saw in the dream at night and why. I saw this in my dream today, now everyone is worried whether it is auspicious or inauspicious. Dreams have long fascinated humanity, they serve as a bridge between our conscious experiences and the depths of our subconscious mind. Dreams often reflect our innermost thoughts, feelings and perceptions, and provide insight into our true feelings and beliefs. Dreams tell you what you really know about something, what you really feel. They point you to what is necessary for growth, integration, expression and the health of your relationships. Philosopher George Lakoff suggested that dreams provide a metaphorical glimpse of daily challenges and life events, with abstract symbols representing real difficulties. Similarly, psychologist Rosalind Cartwright believed that dreams play an important role in cognitive processes, including memory and emotion regulation.

Carl Jung, a leading figure in psychology, proposed that dreams are manifestations of the unconscious mind, revealing aspects of ourselves that may not be evident in waking life. He emphasized that dreams may contain indispensable truths, philosophical declarations, delusions, wild fantasies, memories, plans, irrational experiences, and even telepathic visions.

In short, while dreams may not present literal truth, they open a unique window into our subconscious and help us understand our deepest feelings, desires, and conflicts. By understanding our dreams, we can gain valuable insights about our personal growth and emotional well-being.

There is also a science of dreams. It is said that every dream gives a message related to life, some dreams are good, some are very scary and some are entertaining. Generally people think that good dreams bring good messages, and scary and terrifying dreams will bring something bad, but in reality it is not so at all. Many scary or terrifying looking dreams are good and auspicious. Today we will tell you some such scary dreams which can prove to be very good for you. After these dreams, a big change can come in your life.

Time of dreams and their results:

According to Swapna Shastra, the results of dreams depend on the time of seeing them:

First Prahar (first part of the night): The results of dreams seen at this time are obtained in one year.

Second Prahar: The results are obtained in six months.

Third Prahar: The results of the dream are obtained in three months.

Fourth Prahar (morning time): The results of the dream are obtained in one month.

Note, the meaning of dreams also depends on the life circumstances, mental state and cultural background of the person.
